The name "Kajika Waterfalls" comes from the beautiful singing of small frogs called "Kajika" living in the clear stream. In the past, the waterfall was referred to as "Gataki,” meaning an elegant waterfall, due to its refined and smooth appearance, characterized by the absence of rough edges on the rocks and its small cascading flow.
